How to mark a ticket type as sold out?

Go to the profile dropdown on the top right of the website → My Events → Event Dashboard → Registrations → Issue Tickets Dropdown → Manage Ticket Type → Actions → Edit Ticket → Set the number of tickets on sale to the number of tickets already sold

Automatic marking as "Sold Out": If you set a ticket category with 25 available tickets, the system will automatically update it to "Sold Out" when all 25 tickets are sold, ensuring customers are aware of their unavailability.

Alternatively, you have the option to manually mark a category as "Sold Out" by following these steps:

  1. Go to the profile dropdown on the top right of the website and open the My Events page.


  1. Make sure you choose the right Organizer Page, find the relevant event, and click on Dashboard.

  1. Click on Registrations on the left menu table under Manage Event


  1. Now, click on the Issue Tickets dropdown menu on the right and select Manage Ticket Types.


  1. Click on Actions dropdown and select Edit Ticket.


  1. Set the number of tickets on sale equal to the number of tickets already sold and click on Save.

In this example, the number of tickets sold out is 20, hence, the number of tickets on sale has been updated to 20. This will mark the ticket type as "sold out".

Note: If you want to restart ticket sales for a particular category, simply increase the number of tickets on sale following the steps mentioned above. This will make the category available for purchase again.
