  1. Navigate to Settings.

  1. Click on Payout Settings.

  1. Locate the options to connect your Stripe or PayPal account and click on the appropriate one for your preferred payment gateway.

  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the account linking process. Once successfully connected, you will gain access to additional features.

Adding Payment Processing Fee

  1. On the Payout Settings page, under Charges To Be Collected From Attendees, click on the Add New option.

  • Provide a label for the fee, which will help you identify it later. For example, you could use "Convenience Fee".
  • Choose the type of fee you wish to apply:
    • Fixed Fee: This type charges a specific amount per ticket, regardless of the ticket price. For example, you can set a fixed fee of $1 per ticket.
    • Percentage Fee: This type charges a percentage of the ticket price. For example, you can set a percentage fee of 2.5% per ticket.
  • Enter the value for the fee you wish to collect from the event attendees. If you selected a fixed fee, enter the specific amount. If you opted for a percentage fee, enter the percentage value.
  1. Click on Add New Changes to include it in the ticket amount successfully.
