How do I download my tickets?

Sometimes, people need to redownload their tickets for whatever reason. In these cases, AllEvents allows you to download your tickets again from both the mobile app and desktop website.


Using Mobile App

Below are the steps you need to follow to download your tickets using the mobile app:


  1. Download the AllEvents Mobile App and log in to your account. Go to your Profile at the bottom right corner and click on Booking History.



  2. Under the Tickets section, find the event for which you want to retrieve your tickets and click on the "View Tickets" button.


  3. Then, navigate to the "Download Tickets" option.




  1. When you click on the "Download Tickets" option, you can either choose to download your ticket as an image or as a PDF.



Using Desktop Website

Below are the steps you need to follow to download your tickets using the desktop website:


  1. Login to your AllEvents account. Go to the profile drop-down on the top right of the website and click on Booking History.

  1. Under the Tickets section, find the event for which you want to retrieve your tickets and click on the "View Tickets" button.



  1. Once your ticket opens in a new tab, navigate to the "Download Tickets" option.


  1. When you click on the "Download Tickets" option, you can choose to either download your ticket as an image or as a PDF.
