How to broadcast a message to ticket buyers
Many times due to some unforeseen circumstances, you need to make changes to the event schedule, venue, ticket price, enable/disable some facilities for ticket purchaser or any changes that highly concerns the attendee of the event.
In other words, if you need to let all the attendees or a particular ticket type attendees know something, you can use our Broadcast Message feature to send them a message.
Using Desktop website

Log in to your
AllEvents.in account. Click on
Event Ticketing under
Organizer Pages section of your profile drop-down.

Find the relevant event from the list of all your events and click on
Ticket Sales.

Scroll down to the bottom of
Ticketing Dashboard page. You will see a section from the left column under the title Registrations, then click on
Broadcast Message.

Select the concerned ticket type, write your message, and to finally send it, click on
Send.
We recommend that you convey your message so that the ticket buyer will be able to understand it clearly.
Using a Mobile App

Launch the
AllEvents.in
Organizer app. Find the relevant event from the list of all your events and click on
More under the event. Finally, tap on
Broadcast Message.

In the next pop-up, you can select a concerned ticket type and write the message you need to convey. Once you have written the message, click on
Send to broadcast a message.
