How to resend tickets?
Go to the profile dropdown on the top right of the website → My Events → Event Dashboard → Registrations → Tickets → Action Dropdown → Resend Ticket

- Go to the profile dropdown on the top right of the website and open the My Events page.
- Make sure you choose the right Organizer Page, find the relevant event, and click on Dashboard.
- Click on Registrations on the left menu table under Manage Event.
- Click on Tickets. Choose which attendee you need to resend their tickets to and click on the Action dropdown beside their name. From the dropdown, click on Resend Tickets.
The tickets will be sent again to the attendees' registered email ID and by SMS to their registered mobile number.
Using Mobile App
- Open your AllEvents Event Manager app. Find the relevant event from your events list and click on Ticket Sales under it.
- Under the Registrations tab, find the relevant buyer's name and tap on their ticket.
- In the ticket details pop-up, tap on Resend Ticket from the right-corner dropdown.
You will be notified that the ticket has been resent.
The tickets will be sent again to the attendees' registered email ID and by SMS to their registered mobile number.
