How to contact the event organizer

You found an event interesting for you, you are raring to go, just need some clarification from the event organizer?

We got you covered.
We let you directly contact the organizer. It's very simple, by the way.

When you are contacting the organizer, we recommend you to explain your case in detail, so that the respective organizer can respond with the solution as quickly as possible. It will save both of your time and that is never a bad idea.👍

Using Desktop website

Go to AllEvents and find the event you need more information about and open that event page.

In the event page, on the right side, you will see a box with the organizer's thumbnail and organizer name. To contact the organizer about more information, click on Contact.

You will see a pop-up box where you can write your message to the organizer. Once you have finished writing the message, to send your message click on Send.

Voila! The organizer has been notified about your message. Hopefully, they will respond very soon with a solution to your case.

To view all the messages you have sent or received from various members of AllEvents community, you can follow these steps.

Go to your profile drop-down and click on Inbox under the attendee profile section.

You will see all your conversations so far in a pop-up window. You will see the replies from the organizers you have contacted here. If you are an organizer and have multiple organizer page then you can select a particular organizer page by clicking on more option beside the profile name.

Using Mobile App

Launch the AllEvents Event discovery app. Find the relevant event you need additional information on and open the event page by tapping on it.

In the event page, scroll down to the end of the screen. To contact the organizer, tap on Contact event organizer button.

You will see a pop-up box where you can write down your message to the organizer. To send the message tap on Send.

Voila! The organizer has been notified about your message. Hopefully, they will respond very soon with a solution to your case.

To view all the messages you have sent or received from various members of AllEvents community, you can follow these steps.

Tap on your profile icon at the top-right corner on the home screen of the application.

In the Profile menu shown on next screen, tap on Inbox

Here you can see the previous conversation you have had. If you need, you can also continue the conversation by tapping on the respective conversation.
