How to create a private event?

When you want to create an intimate event and prefer to restrict the visibility of your event solely to a select group of individuals who possess the event link, you can create a Private Event. This will ensure that only those with authorized access can view and participate in your event.

Using Desktop Website

  1. Login to AllEvents and click on Create Event.


  1. A form will be shown where you can enter basic details of your events. Fill out the form and click on Continue.


  1. On the next screen, add the additional details. Under Listing Type, select Private, and click on Publish Event.

Using Mobile App

  1. Open your AllEvents Event Manager app. Navigate to the menu on the top left corner and tap on Create Event.


  1. A form will be shown where you can enter the basic details of your event. Fill out the form and tap on Create Event.


  1. On the next screen, add the additional details. Under Listing Type, select Private, and tap on Publish Event.
