Getting started with Facebook Pixel

Many times, you as an organizer or collaborator might want to track your audience's activity and record ticket purchases.

At AllEvents.in you can add your Facebook Pixel code to your Events.

Getting started with Facebook Pixel enables you to keep track of ticket sales for all your upcoming and past events. So you can collect data that helps you track conversions from Facebook ads, optimize ads, build targeted audiences for future ads, and remarket to people who have already taken some kind of action with your Event.

Create your Facebook Pixel Code

Log in to your Facebook account and go to – Facebook Event Manager. If you haven’t created a pixel already, follow Facebook’s steps to create a pixel. If you have already created pixels before then you can jump straight to step 2.

To find your Pixel ID, go to your Facebook Business Manager and check your Pixel settings. The Pixel ID is usually 15-16 numbers long copy that down.

Example: 420562625885304

You won't need the full pixel code, just the Pixel ID.

How to open the ticketing integration page?

Log in to your AllEvents.in account. Go to My Events under Organizer section of your profile drop-down.

Find the relevant event and click on Event across the event to open the Event dashboard.

If you are not the organizer of the relevant event, then you won't find the event listed on this page. However, you can still open the ticket integration page by clicking here.

On the next screen,  Event Dashboard will open and then finally click on Integration.

How to add Facebook Pixel to the event?

 If you have a Facebook page for the event or a Facebook page for your business, you can activate this integration.

Once you activate this integration. You can Optimize your Ad Campaigns by tracking engagement on your event page.

To allow AllEvents.in to integrate Facebook Pixel into this Event copy-paste your Facebook Pixel ID into the box.

It may take up to 24 hours for Facebook Pixel traffic to appear on your Facebook advertiser account. You can then use the pixel to track Purchases for your event through the campaigns on your Facebook account.

That's it! You have added Facebook Pixel for this Event.😊
