Importing your existing contacts to your Organizer Page as followers

Importing a CSV file of your existing contacts on AllEvents is the best way to build your following, and it is quick and easy to send event invitations across all of your events. By doing so, we will inform all your contacts that they have been added as followers to your page and provide an option to opt out.


Note: If you are switching to AllEvents from another ticketing platform, you should have a CSV file of your past customers that you can import. You can also import contacts from Gmail and Hotmail, Outlook, and Excel files, add emails manually, and use attendee lists from past events.

We support CSV files from Mailchimp, Wix, and most of the other popular platforms. So, they will work as they are, without changing anything. However, if you are creating them manually, please use the format given in the sample CSV file.

Tip: Ensure your file is perfectly formatted before uploading. When you set up the file, emails go in the first column (A), the first name in the second column (B), and the last name in the third column (C). Please note that all the columns are optional except the email column. 

Import Your CSV

  1. Go to the profile dropdown at the top right of the website and click on the "Manage Events" button.




  1. From the Organizer Dashboard, click on the "Import Followers" button in the menu on your left.




  1. In the pop-up box, click on Continue to import your existing subscribers. Then, click on the checkbox to accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and Upload a CSV File of your existing subscribers. Once the import is processed, we will send you a confirmation email.



Note: You can import up to 1000 subscribers at a time initially, and as we verify your data later, we will allow you to import more. Each subscriber you import to your following must give you express permission to send event updates to them and opt-in to receive emails from you.

It is illegal to use data that you do not have permission to use.

Keep in Mind: Your subscribers can easily opt out of receiving event updates from your pages. We respect their privacy, and your data is safe with us. We do not use your data to market other events.
