How to broadcast a message to ticket buyers?

This feature is designed to aid you in communicating essential instructions, event updates, reminders, or any other pertinent information you believe your attendees should be aware of, including event postponements or cancellations.

Go to the profile dropdown on the top right of the website → My Events → Event Dashboard → Registrations → Issue Tickets Dropdown → Broadcast Message

  1. Go to the profile dropdown on the top right of the website and open the My Events page.

  1. Make sure you choose the right Organizer Page, find the relevant event, and click on Dashboard.

  1. Click on Registrations on the left menu table under Manage Event

  1. In the Ticketing section, navigate through the Issue Tickets dropdown and click on Broadcast Message.

  1. In the Broadcast Message section:
    1. Choose the ticket type for which you want to send the message from the Select ticket types dropdown.
    2. Choose the type of message you want to broadcast to your attendees from the Select notification types dropdown.

      Depending on the notification type selected, the subject of your message will be generated automatically.

    3. In the Message body, compose the message you want to broadcast to your attendees. Be clear, concise, and informative. You can use this message to share event updates, important information, or any other relevant content.

  2. Once you have crafted your message, click on Send.

Note: You can send up to 5 broadcast messages each event per day, so use this feature thoughtfully to keep your attendees informed without overwhelming them.
