FAQ & Attributes

A great event page answers questions before attendees even think to ask them. The FAQ and Attributes section helps you do exactly that - by letting you add quick event specs and detailed answers directly on your event page.

How to add FAQ and Attributes to your event

Both are added in the same place during event creation - takes less than 5 minutes.

  1. Go to AllEvents.in and log in
  2. Click "Create Event" at the top right
  3. Fill in event details - name, description, date, venue, and other required fields
  4. Go to the Media page
  5. Scroll down to find the FAQ and Attributes section
  6. Add your FAQs first, then scroll down further to add Attributes
  7. Complete the remaining steps - tickets, payment details and so on
  8. Click Publish - your FAQ and Attributes will now appear live on your event page

Attributes

Attributes are the fastest way to give attendees the information they need. Think of them as event specs - a label on the left, a value on the right. No paragraphs, no scrolling. Just clear, scannable details that make your event page look complete and professional.

Rule of thumb: if the information can be said in a few words, use an Attribute. If it needs explanation, use a FAQ.

Tip: keep attribute values short - ideally 1 to 5 words. If something needs more context, add a FAQ instead.


FAQ

Every event gets questions. FAQs let you answer them once - right on your event page - so attendees feel confident before they register. Fewer last-minute support messages, better attendee experience.

Use FAQ when an attendee would ask "Can I...?", "What if...?", or "How do I...?" - anything that needs a real answer, not just a value.

Common FAQ examples

Q: Is re-entry allowed? A: Yes, re-entry is allowed until 9:00 PM. After that, re-entry will not be permitted.

Q: What happens if the event is cancelled? A: In case of cancellation, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Q: How will I receive the joining link? (for online events) A: The Zoom link will be sent to your registered email 24 hours before the session. Please also check your spam folder.

Q: Are refunds available? A: Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the event. After that, your ticket can be transferred to another person.
