How to issue tickets?
You may need to issue tickets when:
- You want to issue special tickets to a few attendees like sponsors or contest winners.
- You are collecting payment as cash instead of accepting payment online.
Go to the profile dropdown on the top right of the website → My Events → Event Dashboard → Registrations → Issue Tickets
Note: For issuing tickets, an event has to have ticketing enabled. If want to learn how to enable ticketing for an event, click here.
Using Desktop Website
- Go to the profile dropdown on the top right of the website and open the My Events page.
- Make sure you choose the right Organizer Page, find the relevant event, and click on Dashboard.
- Click on Registrations on the left menu table under Manage Event.
- Navigate through the page and click on Issue Tickets.
- Select the number of tickets of the ticket type you want to issue tickets for and click on Proceed.
In the next step, you need to provide attendee details such as Name, Email, Phone number, etc. If you have created a custom registration form for that ticket type, you will need to fill the form accordingly.
Once you have filled in the details, click on Continue.
The ticket will be issued.
On successful issuing of a ticket(s), the attendees will be notified by email and an SMS to their mobile number.
Using Mobile App
- Open your AllEvents Event Manager app. Find the relevant event from your events list and tap on Issue Ticket under it.
- Select the number of tickets of the ticket type you want to issue tickets for and tap on Proceed.
In the next step, you need to provide attendee details such as Name, Email, Phone number, etc. If you have created a custom registration form for that ticket type, you will need to fill the form accordingly.
Once you have filled in the details, tap on Continue.
The ticket will be issued.
