How do I issue tickets?

If your event has tickets people need to buy to join, you may sometimes end up in a scenario where you need to issue tickets. When this happens, it is just a few clicks, and the task will be done. You may need to issue tickets when:

  • You want to issue special tickets to a few attendees, like sponsors or contest winners.
  • You are collecting payment as cash instead of accepting payment online.

Using Desktop Website

Below are the steps you need to follow to issue tickets using the desktop website:


  1. Go to the profile dropdown at the top right of the website and click on the "Manage Events" option.


  1. Select the relevant event to go to the Event Dashboard, and on the menu on your left, select the "Registration" option.



  2. Navigate through the page and click on Issue Tickets.


  1. Select the number of tickets of the ticket type you want to issue tickets for and click on Proceed.


  1. In the next step, you need to provide the attendee's details, such as name, email, phone number, etc. If you have created a custom registration form for that ticket type, you will need to fill the form accordingly. Once you have filled in the details, click on Continue.


  1. The ticket will be issued, and you will receive a confirmation email. On successful issuing of a ticket(s), the attendees will be notified by email and an SMS to their mobile number.


Using Mobile App

Below are the steps you need to follow to issue tickets using the mobile app:


  1. Open your AllEvents Event Manager app. Find the relevant event from your events list and tap on the "Issue Ticket" button under it.

  1. Select the number of tickets of the ticket type you want to issue tickets for and tap on Proceed.

  1. In the next step, you need to provide the attendee's details, such as name, email, phone number, etc. If you have created a custom registration form for that ticket type, you will need to fill the form accordingly. Once you have filled in the details, click on Continue.

  1. The ticket will be issued, and you will receive a confirmation email. On successful issuing of a ticket(s), the attendees will be notified by email and an SMS to their mobile number.
