How do I contact the event organizer?

If you have already made a booking

Below are the steps you need to follow to contact the event organizer after you have already made a booking:


  1. Search for the booking confirmation email from AllEvents you would have received after your booking.


  1. Navigate to the "Have a Question?" section below and click on the "Contact" button next to the Organizer's name and phone number.




If you have a query before booking

Below are the steps you need to follow to contact the organizer for a query before booking:


  1. Visit the event page on AllEvents and navigate to the "Hosted By" section by scrolling down on the page. There, next to the Organizer's name and profile photo, click on the "Contact" button to send them a message.



  1. To check your messages, click on the "Inbox" option in your profile dropdown.

  1. In this pop-up window, you will find all your conversations and the replies from the organizers that you have contacted. Additionally, you will also receive an email notification when an organizer responds to your message.
