How to contact the event organizer?

If you have already made a booking

If you have any questions regarding a booked event after purchasing your tickets, please follow the steps below to contact the event organizer:

  1. Search for the booking confirmation email from AllEvents that you would have received after your purchase.

  1. Navigate to Have a Question? section and click on Contact.

If you have a query before booking

If you have not yet made a booking, and have specific queries about an event, such as pricing, different ticketing options, inclusions and exclusions, etc., please follow the steps below to contact the event organizer:

  1. Visit the event page on AllEvents and navigate to Hosted By section by scrolling down on the page. Click on Contact to send them a message.

  1. To check your messages, go to your profile dropdown and click on Inbox.

  1. In this pop-up window, you will find all your conversations and the replies from the organizers that you have contacted. Additionally, you will also receive an email notification when an organizer responds to your message.
