1. Analytics:

Analytics refers to the process of collecting and analyzing data to gain insights and make informed decisions.

It involves :

a) Revenue: This refers to the total income generated from ticket sales or any other sources related to the event. It represents the financial performance of the event and helps organizers understand the financial success or profitability.

Additionally, from this section, you have the option to cancel tickets and process refunds for attendees if needed. To learn more about it, click here.

b) Ticket Sold: This indicates the total number of tickets that have been sold for the event. It helps organizers track attendance and popularity of the event and can provide insights into marketing and promotion effectiveness.

Additionally, from this section, you can perform various actions such as viewing individual tickets, resending tickets to attendees, canceling orders, and checking in attendees at the event.

c) Page Views: This metric measures the total number of times an event page has been viewed by users. It indicates the level of interest and engagement with the content on that page.

2. Share links

From the "share links" option in the event dashboard, you can easily promote your event on various social media platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Additionally, there is a useful feature called "get trackable link" located below. Using the "get trackable link" option, you can create a trackable link for your event. A trackable link allows you to monitor and analyze the performance of your promotional efforts. It provides valuable data on how many people clicked on the link and from which sources (social media platforms, emails, etc.).

Here's how you can create a trackable link from the event dashboard:

Simply click on the "Get Trackable Link.”

  1. A form will open, asking you, "Where do you plan to share this link?"
  2. In the form, provide information about where you intend to share the trackable link. For example, you can mention "WhatsApp," "Facebook," "Email," "Twitter," or any other platform where you plan to promote your event.
  3. After filling in the required details, click on the "Generate Link" button.

By completing these steps, the platform will generate a unique trackable link for your event,

customized to the platform you specified in the form. This trackable link will allow you to track the performance and engagement of your event promotion efforts on that specific platform.


To generate a short link to your event, you can just click on the pencil icon.

A pop-up window will open, and within it, you'll find an option to generate a short link for your event.

Download QR Code:

With this, you can easily download the QR code to your event. Click on the "Download" button, and you'll have the QR code saved to your device.

4. Ticket sales by source:

It refers to the breakdown of the number of tickets sold for an event based on the different channels or platforms from which they were purchased. This data is essential for event organizers as it helps them understand where their ticket sales are coming from and which marketing channels are driving the most sales.

By analyzing ticket sales by source, organizers can identify which marketing efforts are the most successful in driving ticket sales and allocate their resources more effectively.

It refers to the breakdown of the number of tickets sold for an event based on different ticket categories or types. This data provides insights into the popularity and demand for each ticket type, helping event organizers understand which tickets are most appealing to their audience.

6. Your Branded Website with AllEvents:

Your Branded Website with AllEvents is a feature that allows event organizers to create a customized and branded event website using the AllEvents platform.

This feature enables organizers to have a dedicated website for their events, showcasing their brand, logo, and event details in a professional and personalized manner.

When you click on the "Manage Your Website" button, a dialog box will open

Click on Access your website, It provides you with options to customize and edit your Branded Website.

  1. Choose a Template: Select from various website templates and themes that align with your brand's style and preferences.
  2. Add Logo and Images: Upload your logo and relevant images to personalize your Branded Website and make it visually appealing.
  3. Customize Colors: Set the color scheme of your website to match your brand's colors and create a cohesive look.
  4. Edit Event Details: Manage and update event details such as descriptions, dates, locations, and ticketing options directly from the dialog box.
  5. Website Preview: Get a preview of how your website will look with the selected changes before finalizing them.
  6. Save and Publish: Once you are satisfied with the changes, save and publish your customized Branded Website to make it live for attendees to view.

This dialog box provides you with an intuitive interface to make quick and easy adjustments to your Branded Website, allowing you to create a professional and branded online presence for your events.

7. Design Assets:

By utilizing ready-to-use flyers, you can streamline the design process, saving both time and effort. To select a flyer design, simply choose the one you prefer and click on "Book now.”

A QR code will be generated, which you can scan with your mobile phone. This will allow you to download the chosen flyer directly to your device, making it convenient and easy to access your promotional material whenever needed.
