How to download your tickets?

Go to your Profile → Booking History → View Tickets → Download Tickets


Using Mobile App

  1. Download the AllEvents Mobile App and login to your AllEvents account. Go to your Profile at the bottom right corner and click on Booking History.


  1. Under the Tickets section, find the event you want to retrieve your tickets for and click on View Tickets.


  1. Then, navigate to the Download Tickets option.


  1. When you click on the Download Tickets option, you can either choose to download your ticket as an image or as a PDF.

Using Desktop Website

  1. Login to your AllEvents account. Go to the profile drop-down on the top right of the website and click on Booking History.


  1. Under the Tickets section, find the event you want to retrieve your tickets for and click on View Tickets.


  1. Once your ticket opens in a new tab, navigate to the Download Tickets option.


  1. When you click on the Download Tickets option, you can choose to either download your ticket as an image or as a PDF.
