How do I cancel my event?

Follow these steps to cancel your event.

Important: You cannot cancel an event after even one ticket has been sold. If tickets have been sold, refund all of them first. After that, you can cancel the event.

To cancel your event

  1. Click the profile dropdown at the top right of the website and select Manage Events.
  2. Find the event you want to cancel and click it to open the Event Dashboard.
  3. Make sure all sold tickets have been refunded.
  4. Click the LIVE button to open the Event Status Dropdown, then click Cancel Event.
  5. Your event status will change to Cancelled.

Note: Cancelling your event does not send a message to your attendees. To let them know, send a message using Broadcast.
