How to mark a ticket as paid?
Go to the profile dropdown on the top right of the website → My Events → Event Dashboard → Registrations → Tickets → Action Dropdown → Mark as Paid
- Go to the profile dropdown on the top right of the website and open the My Events page.
- Make sure you choose the right Organizer Page, find the relevant event, and click on Dashboard.
- Click on Registrations on the left menu table under Manage Event.
- Click on Tickets. Find the relevant ticket you need to mark as paid and click on the Action dropdown. From the options, click on Mark as Paid.
The ticket will be marked as paid and a transaction ID will be generated for the ticket.
Note: Once a ticket is marked as paid, you won't be able to unmark it. So verify that you are about to mark the correct ticket before marking it.
Once a ticket is marked as paid, the buyer will receive a confirmation email along with a copy of their ticket to ensure that the attendee knows his ticket has been marked as paid.
