How to mark a ticket as paid
Go to the profile dropdown on the top right of the website → My Events → Event Dashboard → Registrations → Tickets → Action Dropdown → Mark as Paid.
Using Desktop website

Log in to your
AllEvents.in account and click on
Event Ticketing under
Organizer Pages section of profile drop-down.

Find the relevant events from the list and open the
Ticketing Dashboard of the event, click on
Ticket Sales across the event.

In the ticketing dashboard of the event, you can see the
Ticket section collapsed and click on the title to open it.
Find the relevant ticket you need to Mark as Paid and click on the down arrow under the Action column, then click on Mark as Paid from the drop-down options.
Once a ticket is marked as paid, you won't be able to unmark it. So verify that you are about to mark the correct ticket before marking it.😅
The attendee would like to make sure that you have marked their ticket as paid, after receiving payment. Hence, once a ticket is marked as paid, the buyer will receive a confirmation email along with their copy of the ticket.👍
Using the Mobile App

Launch the AllEvents.in
Organizer app. Find the relevant event from the list of all your events and click on
Ticket sales under the event.

In the Ticketing Dashboard of the event, under
Sold you will see a list of all the tickets bought for the event. Use the search bar provided to find the ticket you need to mark as
Paid. Once you find the correct ticket, tap on it to view the details of the ticket.

In the ticket details pop-up box, to mark the ticket as paid click on
Mark as Paid.
In case you need to get in touch with the buyer, tap on either the email address or the contact number displayed.
Once a ticket is marked as paid, you won't be able to unmark it. So verify that you are about to mark the correct ticket before marking it.😅
