How do I resend tickets?

If your event has tickets people need to buy to join, you may sometimes end up in a scenario where you need to resend ticket(s) to a specific person. When this happens, it is just a few clicks, and the tickets will be sent to them.

Using Desktop Website

Below are the steps you need to follow to resend tickets using the desktop website:


  1. Go to the profile dropdown at the top right of the website and open the Manage Events page.


  1. Select the relevant event to go to the Event Dashboard, and on the menu on your left, select Registrations option.



  1. Now scroll down to "Tickets" and choose the attendee you need to resend their tickets to. Click on the Action dropdown beside their name and select the "Resend Ticket" button.

Note: The tickets will be sent again to the attendees' registered email ID and by SMS to their registered mobile number.


Using Mobile App

Below are the steps you need to follow to resend tickets using the mobile app:


  1. Open your AllEvents Event Manager app. Find the relevant event from your events list and click on the "Ticket Sales" option under it.


  1. Under the Registrations tab, find the relevant attendee and tap on their ticket.


  1. In the ticket details pop-up, tap on the "Resend Ticket" option from the top right-corner dropdown.

Note: You will be notified that the ticket has been resent, and the tickets will be sent again to the attendees' registered email ID and by SMS to their registered mobile number.
