How to resend tickets?
Go to the profile dropdown on the top right of the website → My events→ Event Dashboard → Registrations → Tickets → Action Dropdown → Resend Ticket.
Using Desktop website

Log in to your
AllEvents.in account and click on
Event Ticketing under
Organizer Pages section of the profile drop-down.

Find the relevant event and click on
Ticket Sales across it.

In the
Ticketing Dashboard page of the event, scroll down to find
tickets section and click on it to open the
Tickets list.

On the ticket list, find the relevant ticket and click on the down arrow under
Action column and click on
Resend Ticket to send the ticket again.
Tickets will be sent again to the attendees registered Email id and by Message to the registered mobile number.👍
Using a Mobile App

Launch the
AllEvents.in
Organizer app. Find the relevant events from the list of all your events and click on
Ticket Sales under the event.

In the
Sold tab of ticketing dashboard for the event, find the relevant ticket and tap on that ticket.

In ticket details pop-up, click on
RESEND TICKETS. Confirm the email ID and if needed, change it. Once done, click on
SEND.
The ticket is sent to the attendee's registered Email id and by Message to the registered mobile number.👍
