How to resend tickets

By default when a ticket is confirmed, the buyer gets the ticket by email and SMS on their registered mobile number.

Sometimes, for some reason, they may accidentally delete the ticket. and they have contacted you again asking to send a copy of the ticket again.

In this article, you will learn how you can resend ticket to the attendee.

Using Desktop website

Log in to your AllEvents account an click on Event Ticketing under Organizer Pages section of profile drop down.

Find the relevant event and click on Ticket Sales across it.

In the Ticketing Dashboard page of an event, scroll down to find Tickets section and click on it to open Tickets list.

In the ticket list, find the relevant ticket and click on down arrow under Action column and click on Resend Ticket to send the ticket again.

The ticket is sent to the attendee email id and by SMS to the registered mobile number.👍


Using Mobile App

Launch the AllEvents Organizer app. Find the relevant event from the list of all your events and click on Ticket Sales under that event.

In the Sold tab of ticketing dashboard of event, find the relevant ticket and tap on that ticket.

In ticket details pop-up box, click on RESEND TICKETS. Confirm the email ID and if needed, change it. Once done, click on SEND.

The ticket is sent to the attendee email id and by SMS to the registered mobile number.👍
