How do I collect payments for my event using Stripe?

You can collect the sold ticket amount for your event in your Stripe account or a PayPal account. This article will explain how you can use your Stripe account to collect the payout for an event.

Connect Stripe with your event


Below are the steps you need to follow to collect Stripe with your event:

  1. While you are creating a ticket type, in the "How do you want to collect payments?" section, click on Connect with Stripe.

Note: Please ensure to use a business account to connect with Stripe for your event.


Fill in Stripe account details


  1. Once you click on Connect with Stripe, you will be taken to a new page where you can link to your Stripe account.


  2. Type in your email ID and click on Continue.


Use an existing Stripe business account


  1. If you already have a Stripe business account, enter your credentials, and you will be able to link your account to AllEvents successfully. Once you fill in the details to finalize creating the account and link it to AllEvents, click on Authorize access to this account.


Create a new Stripe business account


  1. If you don't have a Stripe business account, you can create one immediately for free.

  1. Simply fill in the required details and click on the "Continue" button.


Currencies supported by Stripe 


Here's a list of currencies that are accepted by Stripe:

  1. USD - United States Dollar
  2. CAD - Canadian Dollar
  3. DKK - Danish Krone
  4. XPF - CFP Franc
  5. JPY - Japanese Yen
  6. NZD - New Zealand Dollar
  7. NOK - Norwegian Krone
  8. SGD - Singapore Dollar
  9. SEK - Swedish Krona
  10. CHF - Swiss Franc
  11. GBP - British Pound Sterling
  12. USD - United States Dollar (repeated)
  13. EUR - Euro
