How to delete an event?
Go to the profile dropdown on the top right of the website → My Events → Event Dashboard Dropdown → Delete Event.
In order to delete an event from AllEvents, you must be an admin of the event. In case you are not, we request you to contact us at support@allevents.in. We will assist you through the process.
Note: While deleting your event, you must broadcast a message to all your ticket buyers to avoid any confusion and dissatisfaction among your attendees. Here is how you can broadcast a message.
You can keep your event private if you are unsure about the exact dates for your event. It won't be visible on our website until you make it public again.
- Go to the profile dropdown on the top right of the website and open the My Events page.
- Make sure you choose the right Organizer Page for the event you want to delete. Then, navigate to the dropdown next to your event's Dashboard and click on Delete Event.
If you have collected ticket fees for your event, you must initiate the refund as soon as possible. To learn how, click here.
Note: If you delete an event, you can still find the past data on your event dashboard. Go to profile dropdown → My Events → tick the Show Deleted checkbox to view deleted events.
