How to delete your event

Sometimes you just need to delete events.
As an event discovery platform, it hurts us a little when an event gets removed. 😔
However, YOU are our first priority! 😊

It is always a good idea to let your buyer know about the deletion of the event. You can broadcast a message to all your ticket buyers using our Broadcast feature. To learn how to broadcast message click here.

Using Desktop website

To remove an event from AllEvents listing here are things an organizer has to do.

Log in and go to My Events in the organizer section.

Find the event that you need to delete. Select the Delete button under that event

Confirm whether you truly wish to delete the event or not. To remove the event, click on DELETE.

That's it. The event is removed.

By the way, if you collected ticket amount from this event, it would be a good idea to abide by your refund policy (if) you declared in the event description.


Using Mobile App

Launch the AllEvents Organizer app. Find the event you wish to remove from the list of all your events and click on More under that event. Finally, tap on Delete

Confirm whether you truly wish to delete the event or not.

That's it. The event is removed.

By the way, if you collected ticket amount from this event, it would be a good idea to abide by your refund policy (if) you declared in the event description.
